This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pricing & Systems Manager to lead two functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to the wider organisation and continues to develop and grow in parallel with our continued business growth and expansion. The role will report directly into the Senior Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will have suitable management experience within a commercial capacity, including management of functional teams and leaders. Ideally, the candidate will have a commercial, analytical, and financial background, with experience of using various ERP systems. 

Automotive experience is desirable, but not essential

 

Key responsibilities and duties - daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Overall responsibility for the Pricing & Systems teams with 2 x Team Leads as direct reports
  • Support Team Leads with day-to-day business activities
  • Meeting and maintaining timescales / deadlines and management of monthly KPIs
  • Mentoring, training, and continued development of the team
  • Commercial support to the Senior Commercial Manager for strategic projects
  • Responsibility for the implementation of management of price changes in both purchase / selling prices
  • Supplier relationship and management
  • Implementation of all customer pricing
  • Key stakeholder involvement in business-critical projects within the pricing & systems areas
  • Business systems support for ERP management
  • Reporting on business KPI’s to Senior Commercial Manager
  • Identifying opportunities for streamlining processes

This role is fast paced, so we are looking for someone who has an excellent eye for detail and can respond effectively to new challenges. We will provide training to help you maintain our systems accurately and support you in learning new skills to conduct your work efficiently.
